What is a Cognitive Bias? 

A cognitive bias is a natural way of thinking that humans tend to default to due to years of evolution and human interaction.

Why Cognitive Biases Even Matter?

If you don't know what makes a customer "tick" then your conversion rate will struggle. Let's be completely honest, a bad converting website blow over hundreds and thousands of web visitors but can't convert a single customer. The root of this is because the entrepreneur is unable to put himself/herself in a customer's shoes. Understanding what customers want, allows you to boost your conversion rates by putting what customers want to see in front of their face!

So will this boost my conversion rate or not?

If you understand the nature of how humans think and then put it into action you will find mistakes on your website that you will focus on fixing. After fixing these issues your conversion rate will go up.

Can you explain how this course is structured?

The course contains videos exposing cognitive biases related to e-commerce, providing real-life examples and visuals for various different cognitive biases. Some are simply explained some are visually shown.

Why did you select these cognitive biases?

These are the cognitive biases are the ones that I see prominent in my own successful stores. I have periodically tested a copious amount of stores in 2018 & 2019 and have found out that creating a successful e-commerce store is for sure a formula. If you miss any variable in the formula it simply won't produce the same results.
